In light of the recent events surrounding the absence of our voices and women's right to choose and have autonomy over our own bodies, I am offering this space to help bring healing.

 

In our time together, we will drop in with meditation and energetic clearing. We'll discuss self-resourcing and support and then move into a toning and vocal journey to offer safety, expression and empowerment with our voices. Mics will be muted and cameras can be off so you can process freely in your own space. We'll end with gentle integration and self-love.

 

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Show up as you are. The sound of your voice is not important, the sound moves through you to help heal you through divine frequency. and gathering in sisterhood. If you don't wish to express through song, you can simply listen to my voice, or speak your own words, light language, hum, draw, journal or move energy with your hands.
